Introduction to Human Factors

The Introduction to Human Factors is an entry level course expected to provide the learners with essential awareness and knowledge about Human Factors pertinent to aviation. The 3 day course is a well-balanced mix of theoretical and practical training and aims to impart learners with a wide-ranging knowledge about human factors in aviation, history of human factors and its evolution, human performance, strategies to manage human error, Crew Resource Management, diverse human factor models, stress management, sleep and fatigue physiology and importance of human factors in Aviation.

The teaching method blends and couples classroom lectures with interactive multimedia lessons, group activities.

On Site and Off Site (UAE and GCC)

Course Prerequisite(s):
To undertake this programme, learners would require a minimum English proficiency of Intermediate level.
