Aviation Security Awareness
This course is mandatory for all airport personnel with access to airside. It is required for initial training as well as for refresher sessions every 36 months as per the UAE National Civil Aviation Security Training Program. This course is suitable for staff from Grade 1-3.

Course Benefits:
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
• List the threats to civil aviation
• Identify the components of an improvised explosive device & action to be taken if a suspicious item is found.
• State the various restricted zones in the airport and their contribution towards crime prevention in the airport
Who Should Attend
Trainees will include all ground/ramp operators including airside drivers, baggage handlers, porters, special handling agents, equipment operators, etc, preferably Grade 1-3 staff.
