Introduction to Terminal Operations

The Introduction to Terminal Operations is an entry level course expected to provide the learners with essential awareness, knowledge and skills on airport operations and terminal management. The 5 day course is a well-balanced mix of theoretical and practical training and aims to impart learners with a wide-ranging knowledge about airport infrastructure, airport terminal components, terminal planning and design, ground handling, baggage screening &handling, service quality and passenger experience.

The teaching method blends and couples classroom lectures with interactive multimedia lessons, group activities and onsite projects in the airport under the guidance and supervision of industry experts. Such a learning combination would ensure that graduates are well prepared for their future employment and career advancement in airport and aviation-related industries.
