Finance for Non-Finance Managers

The three day programme aims at providing managers and key executives who have no formal training or qualification in finance with an understanding of the basic financial conventions and accounting principles. The programme shall provide tools that enable the managers to make sense of the numbers and the issues of corporate financial planning, thereby assisting them to make informed and feasible decisions and also well utilize the organization’s limited resources.

The programme will also demonstrate how to analyze and measure feasibility of investment proposals and its commercial viability. The programme also equips the learners to evaluate the financial performance and stability of their business department and assists the managers to devise strategies to improve organization’s financial performance.
